House Rules

Please treat the flat as you'd want to find it — the next colleague arrives soon after you leave.

Occupancy

• One guest at a time. Please don't have additional people stay overnight.
• The flat is for GO2 team members only — please don't pass keys or access to anyone else.

Keeping the flat in good condition

• No smoking anywhere in the flat or in shared areas (stairwell, hallway, entrance).
• No pets.
• Air the flat regularly (open windows daily) and heat it normally in colder months — this keeps it fresh and prevents damp and mould.
• Keep furniture a little away from external walls so air can circulate.
• Report any problem or damage — leaks, appliances, heating, anything — to office@go2-markets.com as soon as you notice it. Small issues become big ones if left.

Shared building

• Keep noise down, especially during quiet hours (20:00–08:00) and on Sundays.
• Follow the building house rules (Hausordnung) posted in the entrance.
• Use the laundry room considerately and don't leave items in it.
• The cellar is for luggage/storage but isn't suitable for anything that must stay dry.

Bedding & towels — please read

There's no laundry service, so we all keep the flat running by looking after our own bed linen and towels. What you use, you wash.

• When you arrive, the bed is made up with clean linen and clean towels are provided. In the cabinet you'll find spare clean sets — please leave these clean and ready for backup, and only use one if the set on the bed isn't usable.
• Before you leave:
  1. Strip the bed linen, pillowcases and towels you used and put them in the green laundry basket.
  2. Wash and dry them (laundry room is in the building).
  3. Fold them and return them to the cabinet as a clean spare set.
  4. Make up the bed with a fresh set so it's ready for the next colleague.
• Short stay and no time to wash? At minimum, strip your used linen into the green basket and make up the bed with a clean spare from the cabinet — then email office@go2-markets.com so we can arrange washing before the next guest.
• If the cabinet is out of clean sets, or anything is damaged, let us know at office@go2-markets.com.

When you leave

• Leave the flat clean and tidy for the next colleague.
• Take out rubbish and sort it into the correct bins.
• Close all windows and lock the flat.
• Return/deposit the key as instructed at check-out.

Cleaning

• The flat is cleaned once every two weeks — general room cleaning only. The cleaners do not do laundry.
• Any special cleaning request must be approved in advance by the Finance team (office@go2-markets.com).
